These Terms of Use govern your use of the Dekho mobile app and services. By downloading, installing, or using Dekho, you agree to these Terms and related policies. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
You must be 18 years or older to use Dekho. We may request age verification. If you fail verification or are under 18, your account may be terminated.

Registration is required to use Dekho. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during signup.
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. Do not share your password or account with others.
We may suspend or terminate accounts for suspicious activity or violations of these Terms.

You are responsible for all content you post (videos, images, messages, live streams) and must follow our Community Guidelines.
By posting content, you grant Dekho a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, and display your content in connection with the service. You retain ownership of your content.
All Dekho-provided content (including the app interface, logos, and designs) is our intellectual property and may not be used without permission.
We reserve the right (but not the obligation) to monitor, remove, or restrict content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

Dekho may offer in-app purchases such as virtual coins, subscriptions, or gifts via Google Play Billing. Transactions are processed by Google or payment partners. Purchases are non-refundable except where required by law.
Virtual currency has no monetary value outside the app. We may set expiration policies or minimum balance requirements and do not offer cash refunds for virtual currency.
Host Earnings: Hosts or creators may earn from user gifts or events. Payouts occur after platform fees, taxes, and minimum payout thresholds are met. You are responsible for your taxes.
If a technical error causes incorrect deduction or credit of virtual coins, Dekho may issue an equivalent virtual coin credit at its discretion. This applies only to virtual coins, not cash.
We may change pricing, coin rates, promotions, or incentives at any time without prior notice.
Refund requests must be made through Google Play’s refund process, in accordance with Google’s policies.

Do not use Dekho for illegal or unauthorized activities, including violations of intellectual property or privacy rights.
Do not distribute malware, viruses, or spam through the app.
We may terminate access without notice for unlawful use or violations of these Terms.

We use automated systems and human moderators to enforce policies and may remove content or suspend accounts.
Complaints may be submitted to our Grievance Officer at grievance@thedekhoapp.com.
We cooperate with law enforcement and may disclose information when required by law or court order.
Age verification may be implemented to restrict minors from age-sensitive features.

We may suspend or terminate access at any time for any reason, including policy violations or service discontinuation.
You may delete your account at any time via the app. Data will be deleted within a reasonable period except where required by law.
Upon termination, content may be deleted and no refunds or compensation will be provided for unused services or virtual currency.

Dekho is provided “as-is” without warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months.
We are not responsible for user-generated content. Use the app at your own risk.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delhi, India.
If any part of these Terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
