1. Eligibility: 18+ Only

You must be 18 years or older to use Dekho. If we suspect you are under 18, we may suspend or terminate your account and request valid age proof.

2. Child Safety (Even Though the App Is 18+)

• No streaming or showing minors on camera, even briefly.
• No CSAM or sexualization of minors — immediate ban and reporting.
• No grooming, solicitation, or requests for sexual content.

3. Harassment, Hate, and Violence

• No hate speech or slurs targeting protected characteristics.
• No threats, intimidation, or incitement of violence.
• No harassment, bullying, or stalking.

4. Sexual Content and Nudity

• No non-consensual sexual content, revenge porn, or threats to share intimate images.
• No explicit sexual acts or pornography if it violates applicable law or platform policies (including app store rules).
• No requests for sexual content from anyone who might be under 18.

5. Privacy and Safety

• No doxxing (sharing private phone numbers, addresses, IDs, or images without consent).
• No recording or redistribution of content without permission and legal basis.
• No blackmail or extortion.

6. Scams and Illegal Activity

• No impersonation, including pretending to be Dekho staff.
• No scams or phishing — never ask for OTPs, bank details, or crypto transfers.
• No promotion of illegal goods, services, or instructions for wrongdoing.

7. Intellectual Property

• Your Content: Only post content you own or have permission to use.
• Our Content: The Dekho app, logos, designs, and original materials are our intellectual property and may not be copied without permission.
• We respect copyrights. If you believe your IP has been used without permission, email us at copyrightresolution@thedekhoapp.com.

8. Reporting and Moderation

• Reporting: Report violations via the in-app report feature or by contacting support.
• Blocking: You may block or mute users at any time.
• Moderation: We use automated systems and human moderators to review content.
• Enforcement: Violations may result in warnings, suspension, or permanent bans.
• Appeals: You may file a grievance by emailing grievance@thedekhoapp.com.

9. Scope of Guidelines

• These rules apply to all areas of Dekho including live streams, chats, profiles, comments, and recorded content.
• Content may be removed even if legal, if it harms the community or violates the spirit of these guidelines.
• We cooperate with law enforcement and may report illegal content to authorities.
